Job Description
We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Quality Assurance Manager to join our team. The Quality Assurance Manager will be responsible for leading our quality assurance efforts, ensuring compliance with industry standards and regulatory requirements, and driving continuous improvement initiatives to enhance product quality and customer satisfaction.
Key Requirements
  • Lead and manage the quality assurance team, including hiring, training, and performance management, to ensure effective execution of quality assurance activities and achievement of departmental goals.
  • Establish key quality metrics, performance indicators, and quality objectives to measure the effectiveness of quality assurance processes and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product development, manufacturing, supply chain, and customer service, to identify quality issues, root causes, and corrective actions to prevent recurrence.
  • Conduct internal audits, supplier audits, and regulatory inspections to assess compliance with quality standards, identify non-conformities, and implement corrective and preventive actions.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with regulatory agencies, industry associations, and other external stakeholders to stay abreast of regulatory changes, industry trends, and best practices.
  • Lead risk management activities, including risk assessment, risk mitigation, and risk communication, to minimize quality risks and ensure the safety and efficacy of products and services.
  • Drive cross-functional collaboration to resolve quality issues, address customer complaints, and implement effective solutions to improve product quality and customer satisfaction.
  • Develop and deliver training programs, workshops, and materials to educate employees and stakeholders on quality assurance principles, methodologies, and best practices.
  • Monitor and analyze customer feedback, complaints, and product returns to identify trends, patterns, and areas for improvement, and take proactive measures to address customer concerns.
  • Manage the documentation and record-keeping process for quality assurance activities, including quality records, test results, audit reports, and corrective action plans, to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
